迪斯尼验厂注意事项：

1.首次审核：需提供至少最近12个月的工资工时记录。如果是新厂，需提供至少 3个月的工资工时记录。

2.跟进审核：如果上次审核有工时工资问题，一般情况下至少需要提供从上次审核月份之后两

个月的完整工资工时记录；另外审核当月的工资和考勤记录也需要提供查看，即自审核结束后至

当月底。

3.如果上次审核有发现记录不完整和/或透明度的问题，即影响员工；混用员工；隐藏员工；在文

和/或员工访谈出现不一致，在跟进审核时需要提供最近 12个月工资和考勤记录。

4.审核范围为同一营业执照下的所有范围都覆盖。

5. 最低合规标准：迪士尼要求所有从事生产迪士尼品牌产品的工厂至少要满足最低合规标准（MCS）.为了达到MCS标准，工厂必须证明没有在以下可能存在高风险或大多数劳工问题的部分中出现违反情况：

   1）童工

   2）非自愿劳工

   3）胁迫与骚扰

   4）无歧视

   5）结社

   6）健康与安全

   7）外包

   8）监测与守法
